Workshop Policy

The Workshop Policy applies to all workshops, classes, lessons, private sessions, and any other educational meeting taught or in any way sponsored by René Díaz and/or Renew Wellness. The following terms are to be considered our final and legal policy.

Our Rights

I reserve the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason, whether the customer has been charged for the services or not. I reserve the right to cancel at any time, for any reason, any class, workshop, lecture or any format.

Billing

All registrations must be paid for in US funds. Full payment is required prior to attending any workshop.

Check Fraud

Any customer registering using a check with insufficient funds will be immediately charged a $35 fee.

Pricing

Each workshop has its own cost, depending on location and length of the event. The prices on our web site and other printed material are general prices. They may not reflect the exact cost for the event. Please call or email for specific prices. In most cases they will be the final and actual cost, but we reserve the right to change the price at any time for any reason.

Cancellation Policy

Workshop Cancellation Policy

Cancellations may be made up until 60 days prior to the workshop. Because travel reservations and contracted studio rentals are made in advance NO money will be refunded after 60 days before a workshop date. Workshop deposits are non-refundable. You may send someone in your place or check to see if there is a waiting list and someone can take your place. If a person from a waiting list can take your place a 15% service charge will be deducted and the balance of your registration fee will be refunded. Should you be sick, have an accident or personal crisis or simply can not get to the workshop for whatever reason on the day of the workshop, no money will be refunded. Your registration fee minus a 15% service charge may be applied towards another workshop. If you leave the workshop early for any reason no part of your registration fee will be returned. Should you not show or should you cancel the workshop for whatever reason, no further arrangements will be made. If I am unable to teach the workshop I will reschedule the workshop and you will have the option of attending the makeup workshop or have your money fully refunded.

Due to travel reservations and retreat obligations NO money will be refunded. REGISTRATION IS FINAL. All registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
