Education is personal and should have a personalized curriculum even in a groups setting to develop their different personalities, capacities, interest and passions. The instructor should evoke each individuals unique skills with tools that combine the Science and Art of Creative Learning. The lessons should connect the students with their own sense of possibilities, talents, creativity, and confidence which will build their own identity.
Andragogy refers to methods and principles used in adult education. From the Greek, “andr-“, meaning “man“, and “agogus“, meaning “leader of“, it literally means “leader of man“. The nature of the humans within is curious, exploitative, willing and passionate. It is the art and science of learning and teaching.
The foundation upon which I teach is based on these philosophies and principles. Working side by side with you/ individual student and Providing you with Creative Methods for teaching you the way you learn naturally.

Typically advisers will conclude that which ever are your strongest Multiple Intelligence determines the occupation that “fits you”. I totally disagree with this theory simple because what creates an innovator in an occupation is that they see their task from a different perspective. How we learn and perform doesn’t always coincide with what we love to do or want to do.
For this reason I will not list “Careers that suit” the specific intelligence with the definitions listed. However, if you wish to get some advise on on career choices ill be glad to help on this as well.
